This hotel is better than the Hilton in Sofia! The rooms were absolutely perfect & so was the balcony & furniture there. I would not change a thing about the room except to put an additional electric plug next to both sides of the bed.
Excellent amenities, exceptional staff, water is awesome, nature is unbelievable

Nice place for mini escape. There is nice near path to explore. The restaurant can feel a little bit expensive, but on the other side of the street there is another more affordable restaurant with traditional cuisine.
The hotel is very clean, in a mountain and it is very quite. The Spa area is nothing special.
Outstanding! Very clean, quiet and cosy rooms. The pool with mineral water was very clean. SPA centre has plenty of facilities -steam rooms, infrared room, sauna, ice room and pool, relax zone and more.
