Perfect place. Perfect location. Great value for money too. Really well done, high quality furnishings. Nice balcony - well no sea view but you get that from the common garden. The pool and garden are well maintained and just perfect for a calm holiday. Friendly staff in the building. Our stay was too short!

The location was perfect, once you actually got there. Next to the sea and great for walking on the beach and swimming daily. Many places to eat nearby.

Strategic location - close to all key places in St. St. Constantin and Elena, in front of the sea. Very comfortable apartment with all the facilities you have at home that makes your stay cozy. Awesome owner/manager with outstanding, kind and easygoing attitude that promotes absolutely nice and pleasant stay.

We've liked the appartment as well as the building and the whole surrounding facilities. The appartment itself is well equiped whith everithing you need and for three or four persons would be a very good choice! It is situated right next to a beach, and near you can find two more beaches on 5 minutes walking distance. The complex itself is small and beautifull despite the big number of abandoned buildings around.

Amazing experience on the seaside! Nice apartment on the 1st floor, well-equipped for a long stay. The apartment is new, and all the facilities work great. The building has its own parking and guarded.There is a green yard and a pool with clean, warm water. The building is pretty close to the beach. It's a really one minute walk downstairs :)
