Wonderful place. The people really care. We had booked 2 rooms for 3 people, but they said we could only have 1. It was a bit small, but it worked and they were really nice about it. The deck view was so wonderful it made up for it. And it was only 1 night.

Loved our stay here. Very clean and close to the 7 lakes hike. Staff was very hospitable!

The hotel was located very centrally and the staff was nice but did not speak English very well. They did try or relied on Google translate --which worked fine. The only "issue" we had was that the a/c did not work at night--although I have had that in other parts of Bulgaria where they say if the evening temperature is too cold the A/C does not turn on. It was very pleasant outside but the problem with leaving the window or terrace door open was the noise from the neighborhood dogs that roam all of the outskirt villages of Bulgaria (at least the ones we visited) --as do cats. It seems they are well fed but appears that they do not believe in spay and neuter :(
