Location is great, with nearby direct city bus line to the central bus station; quiet and cozy street, with all the places you may need (shops, bakeries, restaurants).
Building was really quiet, with no bothering from other residents.
Check in/out process was flawless, practical and with clear instructions which had plenty useful information for first time visitors to the city. Cute gesture of bottle of wine waiting for us in the apartment. :)
