They let me into my room earlier than scheduled time without any extra charges. An error was made with my actual room but early in the morning I called the front desk, and they fixed the problem fast. I didn't even have to go downstairs to pick up keys they brought to the room where I was staying. Excellent customer service.
The grand entrance, choice of elevator or stairs, bath and shower with plentiful hot water. Good breakfast. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and were kind, attentive and very helpful. The location is close to great restaurants such as Florin and Posada. Highly recommend this hotel. A luxurious feel at a great price. V4th floor also has a terrace with a view of the city.

Since we arrived, staff members were very professional and helpful, allowed us to check in early, and that was a big thing for us. Breakfast was amazing with such a beautiful terrace overlooking the city.
The bed was very comfortable, and the location was only a couple of blocks from the main square.
