This hotel is amazing, the structure is fascinating
The person who took us for the tour was a great guy Milton, he made everything very nice for us.
They waited for us up to really late for the food when we were coming back from one of the tours.
Very clean and hospitable. We had an issue getting back in time for our second reservation and I misunderstood booking. Come and didn't even have signal to inform them that we would be late. Being exhausted and having altitude sickness I was angry but the lady did everything in her power to help us and went out of her way to get some rooms ready and woke up at 5 am to make us breakfast before we left. I would highly recommend this location. Just make sure if you think you will be late you HAVE TO TELL THEM before 5 pm. Those are booking.com rules.
The room and the bed were comfortable and the breakfast was decent with some small buffet (fruits, bread, marmelade, coffee and tea) and possibility of requesting eggs
