Lovely, clean and.comfortable hotel. Great location. Good wifi. Super friendly staff. We actually left behind a personal item in the room, which had a lot of sentimental value and the staff found it and sent it across country so that we could collect it in Santa Cruz before our flight. We hugely appreciate them going to such an effort. Highly recommend a place like this where the staff will go the extra mile for you.

Sopagachi location is amazing with many cafes (cheaper and far better than centro), value for money, friendly staff, size of the room, having an option to buy water and other necessities for regular market prices. Will definitely return here

Really enjoyed our stay here. We even extended as we were so comfortable. Breakfast is nice, better variety than most hotels with inclusive breakfast, served at reasonable times till 10am. Our room was super comfy, spacious with a tv that we watched youtube on. Bed was warm with lots of blankets. Nice and quiet at night. Would stay again.
