We never run into the owner, but the doorman of the building, Felix, was there and was always very nice and attentive. He kept our luggage on the last day, since we had to check out in the morning, but were leaving La Paz at night. The apartment is nicely equipped; we didn't cook, but it has a very sufficient kitchen, with all you can need for your stay. The furniture is nice and adequate; there was heating. The bathrooms were very nice (from one of them we could shower having a nice view of the lights of the city at night, without loosing any privacy.) The leaving room is nice and ample. We were a family of 5 (parents and 3 teens) and we felt very comfortable/safe at the building. The area around it is nice too, with markets, restaurants markets, restaurants etc. It was very nice to have an efficient laundry/drier since we were in the middle of a long trip through the country.
The host was great, we checked in very late around 6am, it was supposed to be 3am but we had a delay but the doorman was great.
