Location, friendly staff, space in the room, breakfest
The location is very good, very close to the central bus station. In the neighborhood there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff of the hotel is very helpful and the breakfast is very good. Overall a very good hotel, bite old but they do their best to give you the best service they can.

Owner was very good, answered all the info I needed in English and explained everything in detail. Breakfast was also good with cooked food and owner personally overseeing everything.
The Bus station to the Waterfalls is very close, and there is a great bakery just over the street. The location ist very central and they have a small pool in the backyard ideal for refreshing yourself from a hot day.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Big bonus! And they clean rooms daily if you don't say you do not need cleaning.
We stayed longer than expected due to being sick and we were able to extend our stay spontaneously every morning, which helped a lot in that situation.
The AC in our room was a lifesaver!
