A localização é excelente, 1 rua abaixo da Paulista. Para quem não conhece a região, precisa saber que são muitas ladeiras, mas até que a rua Pamplona é bem tranquilo. Tem todas as comodidades, sanduicheira, cafeteira, ferro de passar roupa, o armário é muito espaçoso. A academia é maravilhosa.
