Acomodação excelente, simples mas bem aconchegante, ambiente limpo e atendimento do Alberto e da Isabella nota 10. Internet funciona bem, dá para assistir filmes e séries por streaming tranquilamente, possui vaga de garagem individual para entrar e sair a qualquer horário, possui mercado bem próximo que ajuda bastante, fica próximo da cachaçaria e fábrica de chocolate.
