Love the location! Right in the heart of the old city. Safe and quiet apartment with 24-hour guard at the entrance. Good restaurant and tour recommendations from the owner. Older building and very tight bed/bathroom.

Washington was a great host and the tour guide he recommended Sergio Manuel was very good! The location was excellent it was in walking distance of the sites and restaurants.

I loved the location! It was right near two dance studios I visited frequently and across from a plaza with amazing vendors! Watching the sunset from the plaza was a must! Also a cafe around the corner had incredible cafe. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Loved! It had everything I needed. It also had so much light, which I love. The security guards are so friendly too. Even got to cook! My first solo trip and close to everything. Cozy space to chill out after being in such a busy tourist area. Definitely, a lot of city sounds that you can hear at night, but I appreciate the life and culture. And the dance school I am training at is right across the street. Washington is an amazing host as well, he even let me extend my stay with him, and I'm moving to one of his other spaces today in the same building! I forgot my convertor plugin, but he even let me borrow his. Obrigada!

The location is downtown (?) Pelourinho. You are within walking distance to The Elevator, which takes you down to the Market, and walking distance to the center. There are also restaurants nearby. Washington, the host, was very nice and recommended a few restaurants. The wifi worked well and the TV had Netflix. There was also a microwave (didn't use it) and a full sized fridge. There is also a security guard (?) downstairs at night.
