Já fiquei lá no final do ano passado e início deste ano. A localização é excelente. Na minha opinião, o melhor flat para ficar em Santos e aceita Pets. Os funcionários são cordiais e a infra estrutura é muito boa. Além de estar a uma quadra da praia, nas imediações tem absolutamente tudo: farmácias, super mercados, excelentes restaurantes, salões de beleza, pet shop, lojas, etc.. Recomendo.
