The location is a short walk to both Ipanema and Copacabana. The unit is managed by Pineapples and they responded quickly via WhatsApp when a small issue arose. It is reasonably-priced for the neighborhood.

Perfect location, close to the beach, the door is unlocked with a PIN which is very handy, the staff at the entrance are amazing

Nice location. Good kitchen, but didn't find matches to use the stove (bought my own). Loved to have a washing machine!

The bedroom was lovely. We enjoyed having use of the washer/tumble dryer once we worked it out. Google Translate photos really helped with that! We were also surprised to realise we had a water purifier machine in the kitchen. Lots of other gadgets available like toaster, microwave and fridge but we didn’t get to use them on our short stay. The location between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches was perfect! We felt very safe and all the security staff in the foyer were very nice.
