Excelent support. Is my 4th experience in this hotel. Classic breakfeast and good food. I recommend.
I booked this hotel as it’s advertised with cable TV. It didn’t work in my room but the owner did everything to get a football game on for me (Manchester Derby). unfortunately she couldn’t get it working but I hugely appreciate the effort she went to 😁. The room was nice and clean no issues. Unfortunately didn’t get chance to use the pool etc.
A localização é ótima, café da manhã e restaurante muito bons, chuveiro excelente e a equipe muito atenciosa e educada, tanto da parte interna do hotel quanto o funcionário do estacionamento. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o quarto que estava próximo ao exaustor do restaurante e fazia muito barulho. Solicitamos a troca e fomos atendidos. Após a troca ficamos realmente em um local bem silencioso, sem problemas.
O quarto tinha um bom tamanho estava bem limpo, um bom café da manhã e o pessoal da recepção eram super gentis e solícitos.
O hotel tem ótima localização (bem no centro), o quarto é muito bom e o atendimento é excelente. Viajamos com nossa cachorrinha, que foi muito bem recebida, ganhou caminha e tapetinho higiênico. Quando voltarmos para Cascavel, certamente nos hospedaremos aí novamente.
