Excellent hotel, beautiful location and incredible rooms. The view to the lake is awesome! The gym is small but perfect and with a beautiful view! The location near malls and restaurants is perfect! The staff in the restaurant could be better, for this type of hotel the service must be very good, they looked with no experience.

the location was what we liked most the ease of having restaurants, pharmacies and shopping mall stores underneath the hotel made our lives easier and also the fact that all our friends wanted to come visit us because the hotel has a wonderful view and is accessible to the restaurants and stores in the mall

Such an absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were exceptionally lovely. The dinner in the restaurant was wonderful. We came to see the Alvar Siza Museum, which was within walking distance of this hotel.

Loved it. Staff was great. They were understaffed because Hilton fired a bunch of people after the flood (shame on you Hilton!) but the service was still great, everyone keeping up to high standards besides the obvious corporate bullshit. Kuddos to people working there we had a great time and were really taken care of. Highly recommended it.
