The location is good, it is convenient to go from there to either the University (Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo) or to the technical college (Instituto Federal do Espirito Santo) and it is located relatively close to the airport, the Taxi drive takes about 10 minutes if there is no jams.
It’s nice place to live with very good breakfast and clean room.
