This stay was exactly what we were hoping: exceptionally clean, comfortable, good AC, helpful staff, and walkable to Paraguay while being close to iguazu.
The best apartment ever clean and very comfortable and fancy
The location is sublime, less than a 5 minute walk to the Ponte da Amizade and, despite it being on the northern part of town, access to the Iguaçu Falls (which is very far from central Foz do Iguaçu) was a 20 minute drive through some excellent roads. The apartment we stayed at (302) was enormous for just the 4 of us and it could easily fit 6 or even more people with a great kitchen, laundry area and newer air conditioners. While the park was a block away, access was easy and despite it being a commercial region with only stores, it's quite safe at night.
Everything was perfect for our group. We had everything we needed!
