Localização excelente para quem vai para Cuiabá a trabalho, no centro político administrativo (CPA). O Flat é muito próximo do Shopping Pantanal, bares, restaurantes, farmácia e supermercado (Comper). Dá para fazer tudo a pé, sem necessidade de carro. O local estava muito limpo e organizado. Roupa de cama e toalhas muito boas. O proprietário é atencioso e prestativo.
É legal, confortavel. A cama não é tão grande como deveria mas acomoda bem.
