The staff were really helpful, the rooms were clean, the communal areas were kept clean and tidy by staff and guests. All were extremely respectful towards all guests and didn’t make noise after the time requested. Although I’m old my mum was concerned about my first stay in a hostel and the staff went above and beyond in assuring her I was going to be looked after during my stay which I was. Really great place to stay and the price is excellent for the quality and comfort of the hostel.
The hostel is really good. I came with a friend, we really enjoyed the location, staff and mostly cleanliness of the place.
It's located in the center (urban area) of ubatuba, walkable to supermarkets, stores, etc. All staff is super nice and facilities were cleaned everyday. I really recommend it :)
Everything. Very clean, quiet,friendly I liked the space to move round the hostel not to busy.
