The location is great, just next to the city center. The room is big, with a balcony and there is a lot of space in the building. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Excellent wifi! Great location, 10 minutes from historic center and 2 blocks from the metro (but not the best area at night), clean enough, kitchen to cook, balconies onto the street was nice for a breeze.

We booked a twin room at the last minute and stayed here for 1 night. The room is clean and tidy with a small balcony. It contains 2 fans (unsure if one of them working or not) There is a mosquito repellent device as well! Masaru, who received us, is helpful and professional. After we arrived, he gave us a quick tour of the place and provided us with some fresh clean bedsheets. They also have a well equipped share kitchen. Two shared spaces, one of them got TV.
