Great location on Ipanema. Congenial staff who went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Our neighbor kept playing very loud music in the middle of the night, and hotel mgmt came twice to resolve. For our inconvenience, hotel offered two complimentary massages. Hotel restaurant had excellent food and service.

The location, the willingness of the staff to take care of everything you could think of , the facilities were delightful Certainly one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service was absolutely spectacular and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and actually all I wanna do is come back.

Better location impossible. Helpful staff. Great to have gym + steam room + free surf boards & bikes. Great food also in Geru.

I love everything except that the room wasn’t ready on the time of check-in

The access to the beach and the pool views. They front desk did their best to be helpful, everyone was very nice and made you feel special. The weight room was great.
