The front desk receptionist is really patient. Great! The room is very good and clean. There is also a restaurant where you can have a drink when you come back in the evening.
The hotel is nice and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, especially the ladies working in the restaurant. Vivienne was very attentive and kind, always with a smile and good morning! Even though English was a barrier, I found it easy to communicate.
Good spot for navigating the rest of the city (in Uber). The Cathedral, Mechado, and other neighbourhoods were not far.
Also, there is a parking garage (which I did not use) that was very reasonably priced (R$15 for 12 hours).
