The staff is excellent, we traveled with a baby and they went above and beyond to make sure we could access the kitchen at all times to feed, wash the water bottles and the had coffee ready at all times for the clients.
Location is great, we didn’t use the pool which is located in the back of the parking lot but we certainly went to some of the beaches around the area.
If you are traveling with your family and want a good value for money with very attentive staff this hotel is a good choice. Good breakfast as well.

Great location! It was only 6 min from the bus stop, and less than a mike to the shops and restaurant area. Staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. We were served a HUGE breakfast.
People that work there were super helpful, friendly and polite, everything was always clean and tidy.
The hotel is really close to the center of Ubatuba, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
