The stafff, the room. free coffee, location, and cleanliness.
Great and safe location in a private street with guards and lovely neighborhood. The common areas were lovely and well kept with a kitchen. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was nice. You also have the possibility to have a late check out for a small fee.

I was happy to have found a well located AND quiet place to stay during the celebrations of Carnaval in Rio. As it is on a private access road, in the middle of a large block, it felt miles away from the craziness. But it was just a few minute walk to the Metro in Botafogo.
Clean rooms with clean white sheets and bedding. Good location in Botafago- there are many restaurants about 4 mins walk away, a supermarket nearby and a large mall with everything you need. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well
