Considering Florianópolis is an island, best location to stay in as in the middle of everything Very clean and everything in working order Service was great, staffs remember your name after a couple of days. Everything was answered and dealt with promptly I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel. A few issues with experience was during breakfast - there needs to be better communication between the restaurant staffs and kitchen as there was an occasion when some made to order breakfast items needed to be chased twice and even so it still didn’t turn up after 40 mins. We didn’t made a fuss about it as it was on our last breakfast after a 5 nights stay and just wasn’t worth the effort.
