The property needs some love but despite that it’s still functional, safe and very well localized.

There is a restaurant in the ground floor - plenty of snacks and sweets. They also sell some breads and cookies and wine. Very easy if you need eat something. However, for lunch and dinner, you can only cross the street and it possible enjoy a lot of options of restaurants.
