Located in the prime area of ​​São Paulo, the hotel is located in the Jardim Europa region, close to Avenida Paulista and the capital's main restaurants. Nearby, you will find supermarkets, drugstores and shops. It has easy access to other regions. It can be seen that the hotel has undergone a renovation in the main hall and restaurant. However, the same did not happen with the bedroom and hallway of the apartments. When exiting the elevator, going to the room, the appearance is not very inviting and the appearance is of a hotel with 3 or 4 stars. The shower also leaves something to be desired. The water doesn't come out with pressure and it doesn't get very hot either. They urgently need an internal reform.

The location was great and the roof top pool and gym were excellent. The staff were not rude but they certainly were not friendly which is disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
