The location is perfect, the staff was nice and the breakfast was really good.
Breakfast was great, staff was helpful, yard was beautiful
Very unique hotel in Gramado since it has trees and gardens everywhere. The rooms are a bit outdated but spotlessly clean. The shower is perfect with high water pressure and a wide temperature range.
Very good location, all as advertised, very nice and motivated staff, amazing breakfast and spaces for children.
Such a relaxing atmosphere, the children loved the playground which was as conveniently located across from the garden rooms in which we stayed. Close to the city centre , supermarkets and restaurants. The breakfast was great as well with lots of variety
