An amazing view, Quiet location, great size apartment, the Staff working within the small complex were unbelievable friendly, so were some of the neighbours.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Marina sits in front of the apartment complex that offers a Restaurant and Bar only 200 metres away. Nice relaxing Swimming Pool.
I hope to be back again one day and hire one of the boats from the marina.
I have visited over 30 countries in the world, seen in excess of 100 places and this is now in my Top 10 places in the world.

Experiência muito positiva em TODOS os aspectos: localização, segurança, apartamento de alto nível em termos de acabamento, infraestrutura para cama/mesa/banho, SILÊNCIO, conforto para noites de sono restauradoras, infraestrutura do condomínio (segurança 24 h, piscina, restaurante), e o melhor de tudo, a vista da varanda para a enseada de Paraty, com a serra do mar ao fundo, além da vegetação e mata tropical exuberante sempre presente, tudo isso junto com o SILÊNCIO, inundam a alma de prazer em estar ali.
O apartamento é maravilhoso! Tudo de 1a linha, super perto do centro de Paraty. Os anfitriões foram extremamente atenciosos conosco. O apartamento fica dentro de um condomínio onde há uma grande marina, e tem segurança 24hs.
