The staff are very nice!
Helped us book an amazing tour of the national park Lençois and helped with anything else we needed like recommendations for restaurants and bag storage.
Breakfast was simple but decent.
Rooms are ensuite and have AC.
10-15 minutes walk for the center.

The property is in a walking distance from the city centre. The breakfast is good. And the staff are just the best! They kept our luggage and allowed us to check in later which gave us the opportunity to enjoy a whole day tour. They also supported us finding a transfer to airport when the one we had booked never showed up.
Joao was great and helped us a lot to organize everything before we even got there. He helped us get bus tickets from Sao Luis, booking a tour the next day and a private transfer back to the airport in the evening. They let us store our luggage and even take a shower after the check out.
