It feels like home! Facilities are amazing, bed is super comfy, the view is amazing and the breakfast is great.
The afternoon tea was delightful. The view is breathtaking. The staff is incredibly attentive. We had an amazing time here.
Everything was perfect! The place is very well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the view in our room was astonishing. And I'd like to emphasize how the receptionists were simply impecable. Anderson and Luiz were the kindest people in town, completely solicitous, true gentlemen. They know the touristic places very well, were able to advise us and even provided a bonfire experience for one of our nights when we chose to not go out. I also had a problem with my car when I checked out and Anderson helped me change the wheel in the parking lot with his tool kit. The other people working there also did a great job with the cleaning and the breakfast, which has a variety of options. They also served coffee in the afternoon. I should say it was a perfect stay, I will definitely recommend the place to everyone.
It's a lovely pousada with a very nice view. The staff goes out of their way to help you. They are flexible with the hours of breakfast and with afternoon tea. They build fires for you in the evening. They make suggestions of things to do in Campos do Jordão, places to eat. They are all very friendly. It would be worth going back just for their kindness. The breakfast is good, though somewhat limited for vegans (although there is different fruit and bread for vegans). There is plenty of hot water when you shower. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Nice common space for guests.
