This is a beautiful oasis in the jungle. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning. The breakfast is very good and the staff so friendly. We loved the waterfall on the property! The family has done a beautiful job of making this a lovely and welcoming spot with many personal touches. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return some day!
Good food, great facilities and an amazing place in the Amazon rainforest
Friendly, knowledgeable family-run property. Daughter Mirella speaks excellent English and helped us to locate places to eat and tour guides for the area. Property itself has two lovely, private waterfall-water areas. Nice spots for writing and reflection. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and modern but the place to be is outside. Breakfast and dinners were delicious local foods. Calango Azul is a great introduction to some Amazonian rain forest highlights.
Beautiful and quiet place, with a beautiful waterfall to go and relax. The breakfast was amazing (eggs, tapioca, fresh fruit). The staff was helpful and super friendly. The bathroom was clean and recently renovated.
