The breakfast was excellent and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed the charming and unique setting of Real de Ajuda, which felt like staying in a part of a mansion. My standard room was small but very clean and cozy, with a nice area to sit outside. The staff, particularly Cassio, were extremely kind and welcoming and helpful. The place had a personal touch, making it feel more like a guesthouse than a hotel. However, there were some downsides. The internet was unstable, which was inconvenient. The presence of the owners made me feel a bit observed and less free. For breakfast, the choices were limited and mostly decided by the staff, which I found restrictive. Also, my room had a slight odor and the shower water wasn’t hot enough. Despite these issues, the overall experience was pleasant, with a focus on cleanliness and detail.

Everything, location, amenities, the bedrooms are excellent and comfortable beds. The service is five stars, in a casual and friendly atmosphere.

We had the best time at the pousada Recanto do Arraial. The place was beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Near the beach and the area with the best restaurants and bars. We totally recommend staying there.

This hotel is amazing! The pool and garden area is beautiful. Breakfast is exceptional with so many delicious options to choose from. Staff are very friendly and made us feel at home. My partner and I have been travelling South America for 3 months and this has been our favourite hotel so far! In fact we loved it so much that we booked it again!
