La predisposición permanente de las personas encargadas del departamento. La cercanía con la playa, unos 100 metros aproximadamente. La ubicación estratégica. Cerca de supermercados (Brisa do mar y Canto da praia). Cerca de restaurantes y farmacia. El departamento cuenta con dos dormitorios amplios, con placard y un balcón inmenso, con asador.
Apartamento lindo, super aconchegante, exatamente igual as fotos divulgadas, perto da praia, mercados e farmácia. Fomos muito bem recebidos.
Excelente localização, bem próximo da praia, supermercado, farmácia e muitos restaurantes nas proximidades.
