Incredible view for sunset and sunrise! We stayed in the Presidential Suite, would liked to have stayed in the Master Suite if we could again due to the private hot tub. The hotel let us wait by the pool for the day after our flight was delayed which we appreciated.
The rooms, the staff, the restaurant - all exceeded expectations! The room was simply IMPRESSIVE. A balcony with hottub and the best views overlooking all of Rio - look right and there's Christo, look left and there's Sugarloaf. Amazing breeze above the city. So serene and quiet even tho it's IN Rio!
The staff went above and beyond, helping me with all my plans. Luciana is a gem, proactive, and so welcoming & generous. She's fluent in English, which this gringa truly appreciated.
The restaurant is absolutely gourmet without the gourmet price tag. Even with all the other choices in Rio, I ate here almost every day. And the restaurant views can't be beat!
Everything about me stay was great from the greeting, food room and features to the service I got until left. The staff was very friendly and eager to help.
The property was beautiful! We woke up every morning and walked out on our balcony to see Christ the Redeemer. Camilla was apart of the staff and she made everything so easy and stress free
Absolutely stunning room the balcony is everything!!! That view!! Wow!! The staff was so helpful, and gave me a free upgrade. Love everything about it!
