the apartment looks completely new. everything clean and facial recognition is topnotch. Communication was perfect also the use / installation of the app os flow less. I could do the laundry downstairs
Apartmemt is almost soundproof didnt hear anything from the neighbours.
about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Having a car is needed but free parking is amazing
The apartment is located in a very nice area close to the forest, but still very close, walking distance 10min from the beach. The face recognition door opening is awesome for full security. The apartment is totally new, very nice design. Bed and all furniture very comfortable. Definetely would concider to visit the place again. To the premises belong a small pool whoch is ideal for morning and after beach relax.
I went to this apartment in my second part of a 3 week trip to Floripa to get to know the North of the island, I stayed 7 days. This studio is in a new 3 story building. Face recognition system is used to go in or out the building which was very cool. Everything is new or with barely any use. I really loved the layout of the apartment. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure. The TV was big and close to the bed which is a plus for me since I like to relax watching TV before sleeping. The location was great especially if you have a rental since is not in a busy area but you have a nice supermarket a block away and what is in my opinion the best beach in Floripa to relax that is Canasvieiras, 3 blocks away.
