I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The customer service was truly exceptional — every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated, creating such a relaxing atmosphere, and the bed sheets were unbelievably soft and comfortable.
The breakfast was a standout — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The cocktails at the bar were also fantastic, perfectly made and great for unwinding in the evening.
Location-wise, it’s in a sweet spot: just a short walk to the beach and also conveniently close to the city centre. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and top-notch service.
This is my 6th time in Caraiva and it has been the best stay yet. Rooms are spacious, linens are great, the room pool is wonderful and the service is the best! Will definitely come back!
Breakfast is incredible - super fresh, huge variety and delicious! Staff super friendly and helpful! Facilities are super new, clean, beautiful, cozy and great environment.
