Everything was excellent. No complaints.
The staff kindly found out it was my birthday, and sent me a cake and card, that was sweet!!
The staff were SO delightful. The food at the breakfast buffet was literally TO DIE FOR, one of the best breakfasts in country honestly. I keep saying if i go back to Brasília, id stay here again just for the breakfast
I liked the location of the Hotel, the breakfeast, the warm pool and my room that was amazing! So comfortable.
I needed help from the hotel's employees and everyone was absolutely helpful and committed to solving my problem, even though it wasn't a problem caused by them!
Room is comfy! Excellent breakfast. Gym is good and the pool fits great for my purpose.
