Location was excellent. Bed and pillow so comfortable. Shower was great! WiFi worked really well
This was surprisingly nice. We went for the Lady Gaga concert and prices were inflated everywhere. We opted for this so as not to break the bank. It’s not luxury, but isn’t advertised as such and it served our purposes well. Staff were friendly (though only a few speak English) and the rooms were pretty clean.
Safety is great with Ibis, they make sure security is a top priority, e.g you can only access the floor on your keycard and the stairs are only used in the event of a fire. The room was standard but nice touch with the size of the fridge. Location was perfect, just expensive during Carnaval.
Adequate size of the room although 2 twin beds were quite small. WiFi works well during the day and is absolutely impossible to use in the evenings. Nice breakfast, great location
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Copacabana and metrostation Cardeal Arcoverde. The room was a good size and had comfortable beds. It was very quiet at night, which was nice. The breakfast included some vegan options. I would like to compliment the male receptionist who worked late afternoons, as well as the staff member who checked the rooms in the breakfast area. They were both very attentive, always smiling, and extremely helpful.
