The staff is superb. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable. The food is excellent. The waffles are crispy and delicious, and the espresso is one of the best in Asia.
Comfortable and clean. Well located - you can walk into the city center. Staff is very nice and helpful. Has a lovely swimming pool and breakfast buffet.
Good location relatively walkable to the waterfront (just the humidity makes it less walkable). Staff was so kind. I also really like how they have a water station to refill with water of varying temperatures (super hot to ice cold). Makes it easy to access and never have to worry about not having enough water
Good location for the reasonable pricing. Breakfast and restaurant inside the hotel with good food. Staff is very helpful and made our stay very comfortable.very close to all main attractions in walkable distance.
Great stay. Good location in the city center. Clean. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel restaurants. I loved that they have a drinking water machine with sparkling water! I'd stay here again if I were to visit Brunei again.
