Extremely friendly and helpful reception and other staff. On site restaurant with varied menu and good coffee. Spacious comfortable room with refrigerator. WIFI worked well. Lift. Nice swimming pool (didnt use). Good base to explore - hired scooter. Comfortable and safe.

The hotel and staff were the best; great location and important things: they have hot water, the AC works great, they have great breakfast and other services as laundry, tours, iron and taxis.
The view from the upper rooms is beautiful. The rooms are ample, clean, and illuminated. The hotel has a good restaurant and a well-maintained swimming pool. It is located close to Porlamar administrative buildings and financial center. It is a good option for work travel.
