they had a japanese toilet, clean, professional amenities, genuinely friendly and caring staff, also some of the staff were able to find me good deals and got me a out of a time jam and helped me get what i wanted out of my vacation here. i had zero trouble here and can tell the staff here were honestly trying to help and create a decent experience.
Accepted a very last minute booking. Bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious
we stayed at 4 different hotels in Hanoi and I have to say this one was the best price for its value. room was very spacious and clean, comfy beds, big bathroom and quiet despite it being central. it checked all the boxes! I was a bit nervous as I read some of the reviews saying no hot water and it being run down but the room was in perfect shape and the water was hot (you just need to wait 1 minute). would come here again!
