The location is great. It’s not in the middle of touristic caos but it’s a 10 min walk from it. The room is big enough, nice and clean. The staff is nice and attending, even with poor English skills. We rented out bikes, hot our laundry done and everything we needed got sorted.
Very friendly and helping receptionists and Security staff. They were outstanding.
This is one of the best hotels in Hanoi. Great facilities with reasonable price. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
