Good quality hotel and really fair price. Very friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable bed. We enjoyed having a smart TV for a few days as well :) wifi works great, location is good, especially if you have checked off your old-quarter-bucket-list. Laundry, shops and restaurants right around the corner.

The room is fully equipped with necessary appliances, clean and quiet. The hotel's layout is friendly but very luxurious. The receptionist welcomes and supports guests very enthusiastically. The hotel has a very convenient location for moving, full view of West Lake. It’s suitable for tourists, working travel, or couple. In the basement, there’s night club and bar. Next by the hotel is spa, coffee shop, gym center, supermarket and a lots of good restaurant. For sure, I will be back here whenever I’m in Hanoi.
