Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., A pick-up shuttle bus service is available with additional charge 15 USD per way and will be collect directly by the property. The pick-up time is from 07:30 AM to 08:00 AM. Guests’ hotels must be in the Hanoi Old Quarter area; otherwise, guests are required to come to the area for pick-up. Guest must provide contact info to the property at least 3 days in advance.
At least 1 day before check-in, guests are required to email the property full name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, and visa expiry date to Vietnam; food allergies and vegetarian requests; and tour guide/driver’s phone number.
Boarding time is 12:30PM. Any cases arriving after 12:30 PM will be charged USD 100 for a speed boat to pick-up the guests. The maximum allotted arrival time after 12:30 PM is 1 hour.
