My room is in front of the beach, I can see the beach by thraw the curtain. Cleanliness is so so Resort is deep deep a bit far from main road in center Resort does not have restaurant to serve meals which is not a good point

The staff was AMAZING! They could not have been nicer or more accommodating to my needs. My room was 100 meters from the beach with wide, uninterrupted vistas of the beach and the magical sunsets. It was truly a dream come true to wake up each day enjoying the beauty of the panorama...especially the sunsets. From almost one month of staying there, I came to appreciate and enjoy the Vietnamese people and culture. While seemingly very stoic and conservative at first, they did warm up to me over time and I found them to be sincerely caring and friendly. I am traveling through Southeast Asia currently to find a landing spot for more long-term living. I plan to return to Phu Quoc and hope to stay in the very same room I had at Arcadia for a 3-6 month stay later this year. That is how much I fell in love with the magical environment that is tailor-made for me. Caution: it is not for everyone...but it was perfect for me.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They can support you with a motorbike if you require and can organise any additional tours if you require. Really good.

Lovely staff led by Lam. Very good pillows and duvet. Great location.
