I stayed here with my family, and the staff was wonderful. My kids and wife love Grace. She let us borrow umbrellas during the rain, updated us on the weather and current events, and gave my kids candy when they looked tired and down. I can talk to her about anything, and she is very fluent in English. The room was nice and spacious. We got the top-view room that looked out at the lake. It was beautiful to see the lake and the city from up there. The breakfast was good and healthy. If you have any questions about the city or places to go, the front desk staff can help you book a car and tell you where to go. The location was very ideal for walking throughout the city. It was close to everything. The restaurant next door is very good, and the shop next door with Grandma is very cheap if you talk to her nicely. I cannot imagine a better location.

We got a junior suite. The room was spacious, with natural light and clean. The location is very centric and the staff were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok, not the best, definitely not bad.

Location was walking distance from what I wanted to see and experience. Breakfast was decent. Staff was exceptional. In fact the staff was what made my stay a 5 star.
