Bed was on the hard side but I loved the hot shower, AC, mini fridge, fast wifi, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, balcony overlooking a (tiny) koi pond., elevator, lobby level cafe, etc. I used Google Translate to communicate with front desk and the girl was EXTREMELY helpful in retrieving something I left on a bus from Hanoi. For western travellers, it’s a steal.
Staff were friendly and helpful, cafe downstairs for coffee and smoothies etc. coi fish pond in the middle of the lobby. Our room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. They have a massage/spa on site.
Hot shower with strong pressure. Bed was comfy and clean. Table and stool provided. Balcony overlooking the fish pond was cool. Value for money for a relatively clean room in the city.
New facilities, clean, nice, rooms have balconies and could chat with each other. I traveled with family so we occupied 6 rooms, hotel stuff made a free upgrade for us.
Camera pulita, spaziosa e con tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione, vicino a posti per mangiare e per passeggiare.
