Quaint old french/vietnam style building, of course modernized. Very homely and also quiet even though in the central city. service by the staff was very good. Nearby all the central city sites and outside the hotel cafes/shops/restaurants etc.
Clean, easy to access to downtown area, friendly staffs
Place has nice decor, new and clean. Room is spacious and functional with good air conditional system. Location is on not very crowded street and within walking distance to the Old Quarter. The staff was very helpful and supportive to request.
Fantastic stay for 8 nights in room 502 (king suite). Staff very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping excellent. Elevator. Spacious room. W/D. Ceiling fans. A/C. Filtered water cooler. Location for us (middle aged couple) was perfect. Not too touristy, and just 15 to 20 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake area (or take a cheap Grab). Tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Highly recommend.
Clean, big room and lots of facilities like Airbnb. The room was nice as in the pictures
